Removed fabric covering from airframe, wings and control surfaces. Removed zinc chromate primer from fuselage and aircraft components. Inspected airframe, wings, control surfaces and cowling. No Damage Found. Prepared fuselage and components for Stits Epoxy Primer. Ailerons, Elevator and Rudder were covered using Stits Medium weight fabric. 4/22/2021 Logbooks listed under logbooks/Documents 24 Gallon Fuel Tanks.
Continental A65-8 S/N: 37929 Major overhaul 4/22/2021 0 SMOH *Disassembled for field overhaul IAW Continental Maintenance and Overhaul Manual. Crank case was cleaned and zygloed. Steel parts were cleaned and magnafluxed (see Bolduc invoice). Cylinders wear cleaned and painted. Valves Ground, exhaust valve guides replaced, rocker arms re-bushed (see Fargo Aero invoice) Crankshaft cleaned, cadmium plated, baked and iridited (see United Plating invoice). Rods and mains magnifluxed (see Engine Components invoice). Engine inspected and reassembled IAW Continental Maintenance and Overhaul Manual. All tolerances within serviceable limits. Installed overhauled Slick Magnetos. Engine has not been run since assembly. 4/22/2021
