Description
Newer Paint and Interior, plus updated avionics make this Bonanza the perfect cross country plane. Recently installed Garmin G600 autopilot with the blue "level" button make this one of the safest Bonanza IFR platforms. Just some of the Features: IO-550 which included a 100# Gross Weight Increase to 3700 LBS, FTA- AC system installed in 2019 (same as new factory aircraft are delivered with), SRS Aluminum Elevator skins (2014); no magnesium to deal with, Door Steward, D'Shannon Windshield, Brackett Air filter, Space Machines upper rudder hinge replacement, D'Shannon Aileron and Flap Gap seals, GAMI Injectors, EDM 700 Engine Monitor, Paint and Interior both redone in 2018, 4 Pt harnesses (Pilot and Co-Pilot Seats), Aspen EFD1000, Garmin 530 and 430 both updated to WAAS, Garmin GFC-600 Autopilot w/blue "level" button, 406 ELT, ADS-B In/Out. Rear two seats out, but included and also redone in 2018. NO DAMAGE HISTORY - ALL LOGS SINCE NEW - HANGAR KEPT Four cylinders will need to be replaced in approximately 158 Hrs due to AD2016-16-12.

Approximately 3750 TT with NO DAMAGE HISTORY. AIR CONDITIONER Installed in 2019, Newer paint and interior (2018). Full six seat club configuration with extended baggage STC. 4 PT shoulder harnesses pilot and co-pilot, dual yoke, new 12 yr wing bolts 2023. Much More, call for info.
Engines / Mods
RAM IO-550 Conversion with 100# Gross Weight Increase (3700 lbs total), GAMI injectors, approximately 842 SMOH by RAM in 2009. D'Shannon engine baffles, 3 Blade prop with approximately 235 SMOH in 2019. Four of six cylinders will are due for replacement in approximately 158 Hrs due to AD2016-16-12.

Updated tan interior in 2018. All in great condition. Extended baggage STC. Six place intercom.
Remarks
You'll be hard pressed to find a Bonanza in better condition. Same owner for 20+ yrs.
