Aircraft > Single-Engine Piston > Piper > N98151: Piper CHEROKEE 140
1969 Piper Cherokee 140B with a Lycoming 0-320-E3D 160hp, 6827 TT, 627 SMOH. Garmin GNX375 map/ADS-B in/out, dual Garmin G5s, PS Engineering PM501 four place built-in intercom, Whelen position/anti-collision lights/strobes on wingtips, LED landing light, heated pitot tube. Vacuum pump removed. A great flyer, not IFR, but with the recent addition of a heated pitot tube, it's on its way to that certification if you so choose. March 2023 annual, where the G5's, intercom and strobes were installed. Compressions all good, in the high 70s. ADs all complied with as of the March 2023 annual, including wing inspection ports (done in 2022). Recent service on the mags (prior to the last annual) has this plane starting quickly, cold and hot starts. Hangared at KPLU airport. All maintenance records are intact and available. No outstanding maintenance issues. The pictures show the rear seats removed, but I do have them, just never got around to putting them back in after the last annual. Upholstery and interior in OK condition. The exterior paint is a little tired. Good tires/brakes (toe brakes only on the left).
Engine replaced at 6200.1 hours TTAF with a Lycoming 0-320-E3D engine.
