Description

VANS RV-7A KIT For Sale. Includes engine, prop, full kit that was a standard build and it is beyond quick build. Guaranteed you will have no issues with laser cut holes or bad primer. All work done with Synergy Air supervision. Aerotronics IFR autopilot glass panel, slider canopy, deposit with Classic for interior. Kit is located in Eugene, OR. Always hangared with heat. 

Originally purchased as a standard kit and built to quick build stage by Synergy Air. The empennage is complete with all service bulletins. Wings are beyond quick build stage and are current with service bulletins. It is being modified for a slider canopy. Selling the whole kit, that includes the complete set of material, the Quickbuild Kit, avionics, engine, propeller, interior at an advanced building state (all build was performed at Synergy Air by experts).

Avionics

IFR Pannel:
Garmin IFR panel built by Aerotronics IFR panel – see photos and attached for complete list, Tosten grips.
Garmin Autopilot servo

Accessories:
Andair Fuel Valve, Remote Brake reservoir, Skybolts, Alum. Eyeball vents, Elect. Trim, Firewall penetrations, nav antenna, upgraded brake and fuel lines, RV jack points, slider canopy, quick drain oil valve, aluminum pitot mast (installed), additional E-mag with lead kit, Matco brakes and reservoir, RV jack points. Includes finish kit, and firewall forward kit.

Wings are complete through QB and have all the wiring and autopilot controls installed.

Engine:
New 2019 Aerosport IO-375- B1B (includes two slick mags, Skytec starter, Precision fuel servo, rear governor crankcase, roller cam and lifters, vertical induction sump,
Lycoming gray paint). 
Vetterman Exhaust kit.
Aerosport IO-375 Engine inspection done by Premier Engines Troutdale, OR

Propeller:
New Hartzell 72” CS Prop HC-C2YR-1BFP/ F7497 – 2 / SM8 still in original box.
  

Interior / Exterior

Interior:
Interior deposit in place at Oregon Aero to be completed by end of 2023.
Design is black with orange details.
  

Remarks

The Kit is located in Eugene, OR.
This is a fully professional building project, no corners cut.

A limited number of items are still required for completion:
New canopy to allow for the slider
Nose Landing gear will need to be purchased as original gear leg was not powder coated in certain areas
Firewall forward kit for the IO-360 from Vans Aircraft
The intention was to install the new Aerosun wingtips from Vans - need to place that order
Goodyear tires

All material is catalogued, tracked and stored by Synergy Air LLC.

A new kit with all of these parts is well over $180K, and you still have to build the empennage, run the wiring, buy the aftermarket parts and wait for parts.
