1982 Yak 52. AFTT 1029 AFT SMOH 917.75 ETT 1258 ETSMOH 869 Prop SMOH 196.6 I am the second owner of the Yak since its import. The first owner is a very good friend and so I have known the plane since the day it arrived. The aircraft was imported in 2004. I bought it in 2006 with 63 hours on it since import. I have put on about 410 hours since then. Never had any issues. I've put many hours into maintaining the aircraft and trying to keep it in the best condition possible. The most recent condition inspection was this past November. The Yak has the heavy spar and I had the prop overhauled at Whirlwind in 2008 and still looks like new. The engine has Champion aircraft spark Plugs with the original harness. It also has Nav lights, strobe lights and a Mode C Transponder with altitude encoder. No ADS-B, but since it has Nav Lights it would be easy to add the Sky Beacon wingtip ADS-B Out solution. The radios are Russian, but still work great. The intercom is Russian, but also works great. The plane has the FOD barrier. This past condition inspection I replaced the front tire and the brake valve. The plane has always been hangared. Please let me know if you have any other questions. I am also including in the sale two seat pack chutes upgraded with static lines. The chutes are in great condition and recently inspected. M14-P Engine Runs Great, has great compression. All valve cover seals replaced so pretty clean for a radial. Engine always operated on 100LL and MMO in fuel. No issues with sticking valves. Standard Russian Steam Gauges. All operational, even the clock. There is a mount and power for a Garmin 496 Standard Russian interior. Mode C Transponder on left side near thigh. Hooker Harnesses, Fresh air vents in windshield. Painted Blue and Gray Camo by original owner. Still in great shape, a few flakes here and there that are east to repair. Condition Inspection Nov 22
